Even though it was far away in the north of the main island, they delivered the car to match our arrival time, which helped a lot. On return they handled the drop-off and drove us to Naha Airport, so everything went smoothly to the end.
When we messaged them on the dedicated chat on arrival at the airport, the shuttle came 20 minutes later, took us to the office about 5 minutes from the airport, and the car was ready straight away.
They delivered the car to Akamine Station (1 stop from Naha Airport). With no office we were a little worried at first, but the handover was very smooth! The car was clean and really comfortable.
